Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AyoMatch, an online dating and matchmaking service operated by Favrs (“AyoMatch,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, joining our waitlist, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use AyoMatch.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract to use AyoMatch. AyoMatch is for adults seeking dating and relationships. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements and that you are not barred from using it under applicable law.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide truthful information, including your identity and any tribe or heritage you choose to display. You may not create an account for anyone else or maintain more than one account.

3. The service

AyoMatch helps adults connect for dating and relationships, organized around African tribes and heritage. Members may join from a tribe or seeking a tribe. Features include profiles, search and discovery, likes and matches, messaging, identity verification, and safety tools. AyoMatch is a venue for introductions; we do not conduct background checks except as expressly described and we do not guarantee the conduct of any member.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Impersonate any person, misrepresent your identity, tribe, or affiliation, or use another's photos;
• Harass, threaten, defraud, solicit money from, or endanger other members;
• Post unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or infringing content;
• Use the service for commercial solicitation, spam, or to promote other services;
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.

5. Identity verification & safety

Because claiming a heritage invites impersonation, AyoMatch offers identity verification and a visible verification badge. Verification confirms that a member is a real, unique person who matches their photos; it does not certify ethnicity or tribe. We provide block, report, and moderation tools and may suspend or remove members who violate these Terms. See our Safety page.

6. Member content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you submit. You grant AyoMatch a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and promote the service. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to share it.

7. Subscriptions, billing & purchases

AyoMatch offers a free tier and paid subscriptions and add-ons (such as verification badges and profile boosts). Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you select until you cancel. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe); by purchasing you also agree to their terms. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the end of the paid period. 8. Disclaimers

AyoMatch is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that you will find a match or that other members are who they claim to be. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AyoMatch and Favrs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service or interactions with other members. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $100.

10. Termination

You may stop using AyoMatch and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our safety standards, or as required by law.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where your local consumer-protection law requires otherwise. You agree to first contact us to resolve any dispute informally.

12. Dating-service disclosures

AyoMatch is a dating service. Some jurisdictions provide specific rights for dating-service subscribers. Where required by law, you may cancel a dating-service subscription within three (3) business days of purchase for a refund, and additional cancellation and refund rights may apply under the laws of your state or country. 13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
